HD's services in stainless steel pipework fabrication have grown steadily, now serving power stations, utility companies and food producers. HD has a team of certified welders who carry out TIG and MIG/MAG welding, in addition to which specialised pipe welding robots are used for different pipe thicknesses, which greatly increase productivity and precision.
All stainless steel pipe welding and fabrication is carried out using the back-gassing method, where a protective gas is introduced into the pipe while the weld is performed from the outside. This results in a smooth and even weld surface and finish, both inside and out, ensuring cleanliness and quality.
